your order confirmation email with a photo. We'll make it right —
no lengthy process, no questions beyond what we need to see.

We want you to be genuinely happy with your piece. If something isn't right, here's how it works:

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to ship the damaged piece back.

CHANGE OF MIND
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is on the buyer. Once we receive it, we'll refund your purchase within 5 business days.

OUR PROMISE
Every suncatcher is inspected and wrapped by hand before it leaves our workshop. If it arrives imperfect, that's on us — and we'll fix it without making you prove anything.

HANGING
Use the included suction cup on any clean glass surface — windows, glass doors, or mirrors. For heavier pieces, a small adhesive hook on the window frame works well. Avoid hanging where it may swing against hard surfaces.

CLEANING
A soft dry cloth is all you need. For fingerprints or dust, a damp cloth with mild soap, then air dry. No abrasive cleaners
or chemicals — they can dull the glass surface over time.

SUNLIGHT
Stained glass is made for light. Direct sun won't fade or damage your piece. In fact, the colors shift beautifully as the sun moves through the day — morning gold, midday white, afternoon amber. That's by design.

DURABILITY
Stained glass is sturdy but not unbreakable. Handle with the same care you'd give any glass decor. Stored flat with a soft cloth between pieces if you rotate seasonally.
